When you pick up your puppy or arrange for delivery, you will receive the puppy’s AKC registration packet, a thoughtfully prepared take-home bag containing a toy with mom’s scent, a bag of dog food, microchip registration form, and a packet with genetics and lineage information from both sides of the family.

We take a very rigorous approach to maintaining the health and genetics of our puppies. Each sire and dam must meet our strict requirements before being bred. We are also deeply involved throughout the entire process, from birth until our puppies go to their forever homes. What should I have ready before bringing my puppy home?
We recommend having your puppy’s food, food and water bowls, collar and leash, ID tag, crate or kennel, bed, chew toys, potty supplies, and an enzyme cleaner ready before arrival.

Are there any helpful extras I should buy?
Yes. A harness, baby gate or playpen, training treats, grooming supplies, a travel crate or car harness, and a few enrichment toys can be very helpful during the first few weeks at home.

What are some nice items to have for a smoother transition?
Items like blankets or towels with a familiar scent, a lint roller, a pet first aid kit, and a quiet, comfortable sleeping area can help your puppy settle in more easily.

Do I need anything special for house training?
We recommend having potty pads or other house-training supplies on hand, along with an enzyme cleaner for accidents to help keep your home clean and support training.
